With each home that we build, the owner Simmie Cooper, is involved with the home's design from the onset of the project. He meets with the client and the architect to discuss their wishes and requirements, and then works hand-in-hand with the architect in coming up with the home's design.

A Model Home
For many of our custom homes, we take the extra time and effort to create a miniature model of the home, including landscaping, pools, driveways and all of the elements that will make up your new home. This model will give you a unique perspective on the final product and allow everyone to identify areas that may need change or may just not turn out the way you expected.
